Inhouse workshops
For selected topics, we offer in-house workshops, subject to availability. These workshops provide you with the opportunity to explore a specific topic in-depth with your team or work unit. If we are unable to provide a workshop, we will gladly refer you to qualified external providers.
Depending on the topic, a workshop lasts between two and six hours. In an initial conversation, we will identify your individual needs and develop a suitable proposal based on our offerings.
Our main topics for in-house workshops are:
- Combined introductory workshop on leadership, teamwork, and communication (4-6 hours)
- Leadership (2-6 hours)
- Diversity (3-4 hours)
- Teambuilding & team reflection (3-4 hours)
- Conflict management (2-4 hours)
- Communication (also available in combination with conflict management) (2-4 hours)
- Time and self-management (3-4 hours)
Further information regarding in-house workshops:
- This is a limited offer; workshops are provided based on availability.
- The offer is primarily aimed at postdoctoral researchers and professors at LMU (LMU employee status).
- The minimum number of participants for in-house workshops is eight. Seminars with up to 12 participants can be conducted at our premises.
- Workshops can be offered in English upon request.
