Individual services (depending on capacity)
- Inhouse workshops on leadership skills, time- & self-management as well as teamwork.
- Telephone consultation sessions are held on the first Wednesday of every month (10-12am). In a short telephone call, you may ask individual questions concerning your work.
- Individual or group coaching (paid service) for academics looking for timely support with challenging situations in their role as a manager, or those seeking help with complicated working relationships or career phases.
For all measures, the center cooperates with experienced internal and external trainers, consultants, and coaches.
