The LMU Center for Leadership and People Management is engaged in a number of research areas with an emphasis on scientific evaluation and continuous improvement of our seminars. In doing so we provide quality assurance through the ongoing collection of scientific data on training, design, and methods of knowledge transfer.
In addition, we focus our research endeavours on leadership, cooperation and promotion of innovation and excellence in science and industry. Here we utilize a wide range of research methods from cross-sectional studies to qualitative interviews and laboratory experiments. We publish our findings in national and international journals.
