PD Dr. Silke Weisweiler

Responsibilities

PD Dr. Silke Weisweiler was project director at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management until 2022 and and was co-responsible for the "Lehre@LMU" projects (Peer-to-Peer Mentoring and Multipliers) from 2012 to 2020. As a qualified psychologist and pedagogue, she successfully combines research and practical applications in the field of social and economic psychology. In doing so she provides trainings, coaching and business mediation. Since 2002 Dr. Weisweiler implements leadership development strategies and personnel selection procedures in academia and companies. She has been a private lecturer and associate researcher at the CLPM since April 2022.
