Research Associate

Responsibilities

Since November 2023, Silvana Weber has been a research associate, trainer, and consultant at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. She studied Psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and UC Berkeley. After research stays at UNSW Sydney and the University of Linz, she completed her dissertation in 2016 at the University of Koblenz-Landau, titled "The Interplay of Cultural Identity and Stereotype Threat: An Integrative Research Approach." In addition to her work at the Center for Leadership and People Management, she is working on her habilitation on the topic of "Social Identity and Media" at the University of Würzburg, where she has been teaching and conducting research since 2017. She also works as a freelance systemic consultant and trainer.
