Responsibilities
At the Center for Leadership and People Management, Tatjana Sonderwald's main focus is the planning and organization of the seminar program. She is the contact person for participants and all matters concerning the organization of seminars and events. In addition, her area of responsibility includes the personnel administration of the personnel development program. She has completed the certified training as a systemic consultant at the "Münchner Institut für systemische Weiterbildung" and offers coaching sessions in the course of this.
