Dr. Nadja Bürgle

Responsibilities

Nadja Bürgle is an associate researcher at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. She studied Psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) with a focus on Economic, Organizational, and Social Psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. In March 2023, she completed her Ph.D. titled "Meaning in Life in Psychology: A Mixed-Methods Approach to the Integrative Definition and Measurement of Comprehensibility, Orientation, and Significance," which was funded by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. At the CLPM, she assists Prof. Dr. Dieter Frey in creating academic articles and presentations for both academia and practice. Additionally, she works as a freelance systemic consultant and lecturer.
