Responsibilities
Dieter Frey is the Chief Executive Director of the Center for Leadership and People Management* and held the Chair of Social Psychology at the Department of Psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University (LMU) in Munich, the #1 German university and #32 worldwide (see Times Higher Education Ranking 2021). He has been an active member in science for many years as well as having worked as a consultant and trainer on the topics of leadership, motivation, innovation and many more. He is a member of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and was elected German Psychology Laureate in 1998. Dieter Frey has already researched and trained in the field of ethic-oriented leadership.
